 The Ethiopia Africa Black International Congress, The True Church of Divine Salvation was established on the first of March of 1958 at 54B Spanish Town Road, Kingston Jamaica by our Worthy Founder Leader, President, God and King: King Emmanuel Charles Edwards The Seven Adoni I God Jah Rastafari I. The three Principles of the Congress are Freedom, Redemption and International Repatriation; that is, The Congress stands to land every Man, Woman and Child under his own vine and fig tree. (Joel 3; Micah 4; Isaiah 43).
Europe for the Europeans, China for the Chinese, India for the Indians, Egypt/Jamaica and all small islands are the inheritance of the Arawaks Indians and last but not least Ethiopia/Africa for the Ethiopians/Africans those at home and those abroad. Marcus I Selassie I Jah Rastafari I

  Our Worthy Founder and Leader of the E.A.B.I.C. The Most Right Honourable King Emmanuel Charles Edwards gathered over three thousands Priests, Prophets, Princes, Empresses and Princesses in 1958 at the then head quarter at 54B Spanish Town Road, Kingston. This gathering, the first of this magnitude since the 1930’s showed the interest of The Royal Ethiopian Refugees in exile through slavery had in Repatriation. The main reason for the gathering was Repatriation. The gathering march from 54B Spanish Town Road to the Kingstown Parade and during this International Convention one or two unruly persons broke off the arm of a statute of Queen Victoria and this brought in the authorities.

 The poor and needy people were tear gas, beaten and the international convention was broken up and the people scattered. The authorities ask who is the leader and The Most Right Honourable King Emmanuel declared Himself as the leader. He was then beaten badly by the members of the force to the point were the authorities thought that He was dead. A police baton even break in three pieces on Him, despite the inhuman and cruelty treatment by the members of the police force to King Emmanuel, He did not break a bone fulfilling (Psalm 34:20; St. John 19:36).   This planned and deliberate act of oppression on the part of the Jamaican security forces divided the Rastafari Community into different houses.

  From there after the Most Right Honourable King Emmanuel refuse to associate Himself with brethrens who refused to follow the Principles of The Black Christ-in-Flesh. Because He was sent, come and stand to redeem The Black House of Israelites and The Remnant of Righteous people of every nation by His Father The Emperor of Ethiopia Haile Selassie I The First, King of Kings, Lords of Lords, Conquering Lion of The Tribe of Judah, Elect of Jah and Light of the World. He could not allow people with unruly behaviour to jeopardize His work. Most High Selassie I Jah Rastafari I

  Since then the E.A.B.I.C. have sent letters to Prime Ministers, Governor Generals, many Leaders and Head of State in Ethiopia Africa, to the O.A.U. (now the African Union), the Queen of England: Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and to the United Nations concerning our Repatriation.

 The E.A.B.I.C. have received numerous replies from the United Nations and the International Court of Justice, Her Majesty, etc. All of this replies point us to the Jamaican government. The Jamaican government has the responsibility to take up this matter of Repatriation with the United Nation.
