 The Royal Ethiopian Empresses of the Woman Freedom Liberation League of the Ethiopia Africa Black International Congress, True Divine Church of Salvation greet you with a Hart of Love in the name of our Worthy Founder, Our Leader, Our President, Our God and King, King Emmanuel Charles Edwards. I an I salute your victory in recent election for the office of President of the People National Party and Prime Minister of Jamaica . As the first woman to occupy such high office, you are truly a Mother of your nation and people and it is our hope that you may rule your people wisely.

 I an I take this opportunity to remind you that the cry of the Black Woman in the western hemisphere is for Freedom, Redemption and International Repatriation for there can not be World Peace and World Justice until every man, woman and child is returned to his/her own vine and fig tree. To fulfill History and Prophecy Joel 3, Micah 4, Isaiah 43. Holy Emmanuel I, Selassie I, Jah Rastafari. Ethiopia for the Ethiopians those at home and us abroad, China for the Chinese, India for the Indians, Europe for the Europeans and the western hemisphere the inheritance of the Arawak Indians.

 It is now 172 years since the shacles have come off our hands and feet and still the Emancipation Act of 1834-1838 is unfulfilled. We call upon you in the spirit of Sojourner Truth and of the Great Black African Queens Judith, Nzinga, Yaa Asantewa, Winnie Mandela, Hon. Empress Menem and Hon. Empress Taitu, to play your part in bringing forth, Freedom, Redemption, International Repatriation for the Slave Children in your land. This is a time when Every Woman who love herself and her family must Unite in Righteousness of Salvation to contribute to Peace on Earth and Goowill to All Man.  We join with our Brethren in humbly requesting that you receive a small delegation from the Congress to have dialogue on how the process of Freedom, Redemption and International Repatriation may be assisted by you, our dear Sister. Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy, Exodo 20 and 31.

 I an I would also be most delighted should you, choose to visit us here at our Headquarters to see our present situation as we await our Justice. Our children yearn for the green hills of Ethioipia/Africa, to grow in Peace and Harmony. An early and favorable response to our humble request for dialogue will be most highly appreciated.
