 All are invited to this our 48 years anniversary celebration of our international Congress, The Ethiopia Africa Black International Congress the Black Supremacy Government for the poor and have-nots, which stands to land every man and woman under their own vine and fig tree fulfilling prophecy and history of Isaiah 43, Joel 3 and Micah 4. Africa for the Africans those at home and us abroad, born and unborn. China for the Chinese, Europe for the Europeans and Jamaica and all small islands as an inheritance to the Arawak Indians.

 Our Congress Day Celebration will be on the 1^st of March. This day which is the headlight of the Congress, marked the beginning of a new era for Black People in the Diaspora.

 Headquartered at 54B Spanish Town Road I gathered over 3,000 Ethiopian refugees exiled out here in Jamaica and the West to take our leave 1^st of March 1958. A Research was done by the University of the West Indies: ‘The Rastafari Movement in Kingston Jamaica ’ by M.G. Smith , Roy Augier and Rex Nettleford ; Institute of Social and Economic 1960: ( see page 18 and 19).

 Now that we were free to leave as stated by the Proclamation by the out going Governor in 1957, we had gathered to voice such opinion. To my dismay we were brutally dispersed by the police authority, both plain clothes and foot officers who beat some of the people. Some was locked up and others scattered all over the island. Airplane was also used causing the people to flee from the area : this was clearly a denial of Our Constitutional Rights of self-determination as granted by the out going Governor, Hon. Sir Hugh Foote . It was for everyone at home and abroad.

 One month after in April 1958 after the police broke up my Convention Seminar for Repatriation. A Federation was forcibly inaugurated obviously without our approval. Where is our Constitutional Rights? What about the Rights of the over 3,000 people who gathered to be sent home by the 1^st of August 1834 Emancipation Proclamation the Abolishment of Slavery for the people at home and abroad ? Also the proclamation of 1957 by the Governor Sir Hugh Foote .

 NOTE: My convention was before the inauguration of the Federation. Some recognition should have been given to I and my People as granted by the declaration of Human Rights articles 1-10-15-30 Universally. I demand these rights now!

 The white Crown Head of Britain, along with her Parliament, the world Court of Geneva to the U.N. General Assembly, down to the Parliament of Jamaica, could now grant us such rights of Repatriation with due compensation for such denial of human rights and human equality.

 In 1962 when Jamaica changed and switched independence the 6^th of August, (BOGUS) : some recognition would have to be granted to all who did not want to stay in the colonies. Hence the Constitution of Jamaica is nulled and void. Why? It does not take into consideration the will of the people. You could not force a man to be Jamaican when he has claimed towards his nationality before such bogus independence. It is obvious that it was a massive REPATRIATION demonstration so that the police had to be called to disassemble those who stood up for their Right. This Right is to be added to the people.

 Immediate restitution and transportation is to be provided out of Britain as the previous and still ruling Monarch of such island. Laws, Statutes and articles were formed mischievously so as to deny the people of their Fundamental Right of International Repatriation, Free Redemption to Free Black Ethiopian Refugees back under their Black Crown Head in Africa .

 I now call on Queen Elizabeth II and her Royal cabinet who knowingly left us at the mercy of the wealthy land owners who did not want to see the labours leave. They were the ones paying the Constabulary Force, hence crushing the desire and True Rights of Self Determination as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration.

 No Independence could be given until a question had been asked : What does the people want ? An interview was to be conducted to see the desire and aspiration of the people. It is therefore clear that the Jamaica Government is bogus. I and my people are now calling on Her Majesty to speedily step in so our Rights could be added National and Internationally. Calling upon Hon. Lady Bustamante , Prime Minister Mr P.J. Patterson , Mr. Edward Seaga and Governor General Hon. Sir Howard Cooke who knows of the people’s Rights. This Right includes the Right to be returned to My own vine and fig tree Ethiopia Africa. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II must provide transportation of 7, 9 or 13 miles of High Water Ships to take us out of Jamaica and the Western Hemisphere .

 My demand for myself and people’s fundamental Human Rights to be returned forward to our land of Birth stand to be fulfilled by the relevant Heads of State and Governments in authority. We know we were taken away illegally by Britain and Her allies e.g. Spain , Portugal and others.

 From 1^st of August 1834-38 Independence was Emancipation for all African Slave Children and Twenty Million Pound Sterling Silver was laid down by Queen Victoria . So all slave children should have been granted the opportunity to be returned home. Instead the money was used by the plantation owners to trick and rehire the slaves into bondage – to this day.

 However, by law and principles: Britain should have seen it Right to facilitate the REPATRIATION of all slaves who wanted to be returned home. I knew this when I approached the then Governor Sir Hugh Foote on the 1^st of August 1951 at King’s House. This was for my People’s Rights of Fundamental Freedom, Redemption International Repatriation. In such period I raised My International Emblems of the RED, GOLD and GREEN and the RED, BLACK and GREEN with Black Five Point Star, R and Lion symbol in which the Governor ran out of King’s House. These Emblems were also raised at the House of Representatives, closing it down for three (3) days straight. During such time Bustamante and Norman Manley was present also.

 It was not until 1957 that the out going Governor made a Proclamation standing by the statue of Queen Victoria (see STAR January 30, 1990 ‘The Year 1957’ ) thus granting the inhabitants of Jamaica- Self Government. Now, what was the purpose of such Declaration of Human Rights; Article 15 everyone have the Right to choose his nationality.

  I King Emmanuel the Natural Man, now demand this. This Man owes the world nothing. The world owes me. Why? For Christ was the Creator Maker. We received virtual self-government and they turn around and force Federation on the People. I have not partaken with them. I have never voted in this country, this making me a Free Man. The Black World is the First Ruling Power in Africa , Worldwide: Until the white world came in and brutal us to be slaves.

  Out of One all come. Out of Father and Mother come all. The Constitution is now to be turned to the Right. The Black Secretary General now call for all these Rights through Medium. All compensation can now be paid to Our Crown Head; Ethiopia . Everything must be done by 1^st of August 2005-2006 . this day mark when the shackles came off our feet. The Queen knows all this, for it was she and her generation that did it.

  Emperor Haile Selassie I Children is to be set Free and sent home, Re-Repatriation. I now say turn the head of the donkey out of the cart, the beast want to know where he’s going. Every man born with a heart to be good, so call forward for the Kingdom of Christ. Righteousness exalts a nation.
